Construction management is a fee-based service where we work from the beginning of design until final commissioning, ensuring your project meets your needs and budget. A constructor who knows costs, feasibilities, and constructability is invaluable to the Owner during the design process. Once the plans are on paper, very little can be done about the project’s cost without more design fees. We monitor the cost, schedule, and constructability in the design phase, then manage the execution of the construction phase to the end of meeting the standards of the owner’s adopted design.
